Delight your guests with our South American style barbecue, mixing delicious flavours with the drama of fire and flame. Choose from our locally sourced yet globally inspired meats and fish choices. We are always looking for new foods to try on our stylish fire bowls, so if you have a particular dish from your travels you want incorporated into your menu, let us know! We cater for all dietary requirements.
Our bowl food range is also cooked over our eye-catching cauldrons and includes dishes such as;
Smoky rich chilli con carne with hints of chocolate, cumin and smoked paprika. Punchy warm flavours served with tortilla chips, sour cream and shredded cheese.
